These miscellaneous petitions have been filed to modify the common order dated 10.03.2022 passed in the above said writ petitions by deleting the name of Mr.Manickam from the said order and restricting the relief to the petitioners.

2. However, being not satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, this Court is not inclined to modify the order dated 10.03.2022 in WP.Nos.28633 of 2013 and 23422 of 2014.

Accordingly, these miscellaneous petitions are dismissed.
