A Nos.3095, 3096 and 3097 of 2024 in C.S No.285 of 2012 A.A.NAKKIRAN, J.

These three applications have been filed by the applicant/plaintiff, i) to condone the delay of 1678 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 3rd defendant, ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 3rd defendant and iii) to bring on record the respondents 6 and 7 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased 3rd defendant as defendants 7 & 8 in the above suit.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing these three applications.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the applications, these three applications are allowed.

4. Learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
