This application for appointment of Advocate Commissioner to record the deposition of the plaintiff is taken for consideration, today. Citing the age and Covid 19 pandemic situation, the plaintiff has sought leave of this Court to record her deposition through Advocate Commissioner.

2. The said application is strongly opposed by the defendants 2 and 3 by way of counter. Now due to change in circumstances, the learned counsel for the plaintiff states that the plaintiff will be able to travel after 1st week of November 2021.

In the light of the above submissions, the application No.3231 of 2021 is disposed of. The plaintiff is directed to be present before the Additional Master IV on 09.11.2021. The proof affidavit of witness shall be served on the defendant's counsel atleast 3 days before the date of examination.

4. After completion of recording the evidence, the matter may be posted before the Court.
