ORDER

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Alanthur, and the same is yet to be taken on file.

2.In this view of the above development, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition and it is left open to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised.

3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
