PRAYER: This Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent not to harass the petitioners related to the case in C.S.R.No.263 of 2021 pending before the respondent herein. For Petitioner : J.Hariharan.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioners.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that on the complaint given by his brother Kasirajan, the petitioners were called for enquiry and on 13.08.2021, they appeared before the respondent police. On that date, the respondent police forcibly obtained an undertaking letter from the petitioners and constantly harassing the petitioners under the guise of enquiry. Hence, the present petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, submitted that on the complaint of one Kasirajan, C.S.R.No.263 of 2021 has been assigned, in which, enquiry has been conducted and closed.

4. Considering the fact that since already enquiry has been conducted and the complaint of the petitioner was closed, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition . Hence, this Writ Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
