This present Civil Miscellaneous Petition filed to extend the time in order dated 15.02.2019 in C.R.P.(PD).No.1170 of 2015 directing the petitioner to pay a cost of Rs.5,000/- payable to each of the respondents/defendants.

2.There is no representation for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the respondents is present.

3.The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the amount ordered to be paid as cost to each of the respondents has been belatedly paid by the petitioner and the same has been received by the respondents/defendants.

4.Recording the same, the present Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
