This review petition is filed to review the order dated 08.07.2008 made in C.R.P.(PD)No.1432 of 2008.

2. Mr.C.V.Subba Rao, the learned counsel representing Mr.K.Bijai Sundar, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that review applicant died on 27.12.2009 and nothing survives in the review application and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
