ORDER
This petition has been filed to punish the respondents herein for deliberate and willful disobedience of the order dated 26.08.2020 passed by this Court in
W.P.No.9670 of 2020.
2.Pursuant to the orders passed by this Court on 11.02.2022, the matter was taken up for hearing today.
3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the concerned Block Development Officer who had filed the affidavit before this Court is no more. The Death Certificate was also produced before this Court and it is seen that Mr.Velmurugan had expired on 23.03.2021.
4.Mr.M.Senthil Murugan who is presently holding the post of Block Development Officer was present at the time of hearing. 5.In view of the above development, nothing survives in this contempt petition, since the order passed by this Court has been complied with. 6.In view of the above, this contempt petition is closed.
