No.1193/TD.TP1/TP/2016 dated April 2016 to ply its stage carriage service bearing Regn.No.PY-01-CK 2482 respectively, on the interstage route Puducherry to Villupuram, quash the same and forbear the first and second respondents from granting any further temporary permit in favour of the third respondent to ply on the interstate route Puducherry to Villupuram. 2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner need not have any apprehension that the first and second respondents are going to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

grant any temporary permit to the third respondent, as the third respondent is being granted a pucca permit.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said submission may be placed on record and that the writ petitions may be disposed of.

4. Accordingly, while placing on record the submission made on behalf of respondents 1 and 2 that the third respondent is granted a pucca permit, the writ petitions are closed as no further orders are necessary. No costs. Consequently, the above WMPs are closed.
