This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent Police to register the complaint dated 12.09.2020 given by the petitioner.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted the explanation given by the second respondent before this Court. 3.

It is seen that the second respondent is not interested in causing any problem to the petitioner and he has made it clear that he will not anyway go near the petitioner. At the same time, the petitioner must also ensure that he does not cause any nuisance to the other flat owners and he does not unnecessarily pick up any quarrel with the second respondent. It is now left open to the petitioner to maintain peace in the residential locality. No one will interfere with the petitioner or his property.

This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
