Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India,to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to provide admission to the petitioner in some other Law College, based on the application dated 01.09.2004 submitted by the petitioner to the first respondent herein, pursuant to the order dated 03.08.2004 in Se.Mu.Order No.769/A-3 dated 03.08.2004 of the first respondent, to enable the petitioner continue his studies in the III-year B.L.Decree course for the academic year 2004-2005.
