This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to restore Crl.M.P.No.3656 of 2023 which was filed by the present revision petitioner for condoning the delay of 5 days in filing the appeal against the Judgment and order passed by the Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Tiruvarur in S.C.No.30 of 2019. The said petition was dismissed for non prosecution on 07.06.2023.

2. Heard Mr.C.Karthik, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Sugendran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
