Today, when the application is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the applicant stated that the initial remuneration to the learned Advocate Commissioner had been paid and the dispute between the parties has been settled out of court and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the application and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the said submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the applicant, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
