(This case has been heard through video conference) When the matter was taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has cited the wrong respondent in this petition. He further submitted that the FIR has been registered in WLOR.No.7 of 2020 on the file of the Forest Range Officer.

2. In view of the above, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition. Hence, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

liberty to file a fresh petition with correct WLOR number and respondent.
