PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents in particular 3rd respondent to conduct re-tender at the existing Bar Upset Price in respect of the petitioner's Bar attached TASMAC No.1006 at No.44-C, Arcot Road, Virugambakkam, Chennai-92 based on his representation dated 22.12.2015. 2. In this writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the third respondent to conduct re-tender at the existing Bar Upset Price in respect of his TASMAC shop.

3. The third respondent filed a counter affidavit. In paragraph 12, it is stated that the petitioner already paid the deposit amount and that he is running the bar and continuing to pay the monthly licence amount regularly.
