Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.NAMASIVAYAM, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner who would submit that inspite of the efforts having been taken, notice is yet to be served on the respondent and hence, in order to complete the service, he has filed this petition to seek permission of this Court to take substitute service.

Considering the said request made by the counsel for the petitioner, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is permitted to take subtitute service by way of paper publication in one issue of "Makkal Kural" Vellore Edition fixing the date of hearing as 19.03.2018 and the said publication be effected on or before 12.03.2018.
