By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondent to survey and fix the boundaries of the petitioner's land comprised in Survey No.58/4B situated at Siyamangalam Village, Ulundurpet Taluk, Kallakurichi District, by considering the petitioner's application dated 19.10.2023. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he has given application dated 19.10.2023 to survey the property and demarcate its boundaries in Survey No.58/4B situated at Siyamangalam Village, Ulundurpet Taluk, Kallakurichi District. However, the same has not been considered by the respondent.

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 19.10.2023 and pass appropriate orders, for survey of the property and demarcate its boundaries, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
