Earlier, the matter was listed for hearing on 13.06.2019. On that date, it was represented by the learned counsel for the respondent that the petitioner is dead and further, he represented

that the main suit has been compromised before the Trial Court and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition. On the last hearing date, the learned counsel for the petitioner took time to get instructions regarding the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent.

2. Today, when the matter was listed, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she is unable to contact her client and has no instructions regarding the compromised suit.

3. Considering the fact that the Civil Revision Petition is of the year 2014, recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent and no instructions by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is closed.
