ORDER
The petitioner appears to be a care taker of his minor daughter, who has been certified to be differently abled (with disability). It is noticed that as per G.O.Ms.No.107 Personnel and Administrative Reforms (S) Department, dated 03.09.2020, exemption has been given for persons being transferred. 2.In this case, the petitioner was appointed in Annamalai University in the year 2006 and thereafter transferred as a watchman in Thiruvannamalai Tamilnadu Warehousing Corporation and thereafter at Panrutti. The petitioner is currently serving at panruti.
3.The petitioner has sent a representation dated 14.08.2021. Considering the fact that the petitioner's daughter suffers from disability, the result of the petitioner may considered sympathetically in the light of the letter and spirit of G.O.Ms.No.107 Personnel and Administrative Reforms (S) Department, dated 03.09.2020 within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by the 4th respondent. 4.This writ petition stands disposed of.
