This petition has been filed to pass an order to effect publication in Makkal Kural Daily Newspaper and Court Notice Board, in respect of defendants 2 and 3 by substituted service in the above suit.

3. Accepting the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.

4. Accordingly, the applicant is permitted to effect paper publication in one issue of "Makkal Kural" Tamil daily in the Chennai Edition mentioning the date of hearing as 21.07.2022 for the defendants 2 and 3.

5. List the matter on 21.07.2022.
