[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The petitioner served as Chief Accounts Officer in Madras High Court on deputation. He was appointed and continued in Government Services, more specifically, in the Department of Treasuries and Accounts. The petitioner is not a High Court employee nor his services are governed under the Judicial Service Rules.

2. Since the services of the petitioner are governed under the Tamil Nadu State and Subordinate Services Rules and the High Court has implemented the orders of the Government and Commissioner of Treasuries and Accounts, the petitioner has to challenge the original orders passed by the Government and the order of the Commissioner of Treasuries and Accounts in the manner known to law.

3. Thus, by granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
