PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the condition fully imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.14508 of 2020 dated 24.09.2020 is that the petitioner on his release from prison, shall stay at Chennai and report before Law College Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and the petitioner shall not enter into the jurisdictional limits of the respondent police. O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14508 of 2020 dated 24.09.2020, that the petitioner on his release from prison, shall stay at Chennai and report before Law College Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and the petitioner shall not enter into the jurisdictional limits of the respondent police.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14508 of 2020 dated 24.09.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
