When the matter came up on 24.07.2017 and 09.08.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner and the matter was directed to be posted under the caption "for dismissal" on 23.08.2017. During the last occasion, on 23.08.2017 the caption "for dismissal"was not mentioned. But, however when the case was called in the morning, there was no representation and the matter was passed over and called again at 1.20 p.m and even at 1.20 p.m, there was no representation for the petitioner and therefore to give one more chance the matter was directed to be posted under the caption "for dismissal" on 24.08.2017 and the matter has been posted in the list today. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. It seems that the neither the counsel nor the party is interested in prosecuting the case.
