When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition. An endorsement has also been made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to the said effect.

2. Recording the abovesaid submission and also the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
