Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to issue necessary direction to all policemen in the State of Tamil Nadu to take action and register FIR, like in the case of "Beepsong Episode" against all concerned, who projects women in bad taste, insulting the women's modesty, either directly or indirectly in the films, film songs, songs sequences, dialogues or in any electronic media on coming to know about such film/films, song/songs, dialogues, song sequences and picturisation in the interest of future generation as the future of India lies at the hands of youngsters by considering the petitioner's representation dated 26.12.2015 on merits and in accordance with law.

ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by S.VAIDYANATHAN, J.] The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking for the relief of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to register FIR like in the case of "Beepsong Episode" against all concerned, who projects women in bad taste, insulting the women's modesty, either directly or indirectly in the films, film songs, songs sequences, dialogues or in any electronic media on coming to know about such film/films, song/songs, dialogues, song sequences and pciturisation in the interest of future generation as the future of India lies at the hands of youngsters by considering the petitioner's representation dated 26.12.2015 on merits and in accordance with law.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.N.Rajagopalan, learned Special Government Pleader accepting notice on behalf of the respondents.
It is a very unfortunate case wherein the petitioner has knocked the doors of this Court even before the representation dated 26.12.2015 sent by her has reached the respondents. That apart, the petitioner's representation enclosed in the typed set of papers is dated 28.12.2015 and not 26.12.2015. Further, the petitioner has not filed the postal receipt showing the date and time of despatch of the representation. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought for by the petitioner.
