Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a writ of mandamus, forbearing the respondents from releasing the final promotion list to the post of Administrative Officers without considering the objections respectively dated 23.06.2016 and 24.06.2016 of the petitioner sent to the respondents, pursuant to the temporary tentative panel list dated 20.06.2016 bearing G.D.C.No.E5/19800/2016 of the first respondent. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents not to release the final promotion list to the post of Administrative Officers without considering his objections dated 23.06.2016 and 24.06.2016 respectively, sent to the respondents, pursuant to the temporary tentative panel list of the first respondent dated 20.06.2016 bearing G.D.C.No.E5/19800/2016. 3.The grievance of the petitioner is that a tentative list has been published by the first respondent on 20.06.2016, calling upon the aggrieved persons to submit their objections on or before 25.06.2016. According to the petitioner, in respect of the same, he has submitted his objections to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondents on 23.06.2016 and 24.06.2016 respectively before the due date. Since the same has not been considered by the respondents and no orders have been passed till now, he has come forward with the present petition.

4.Mr.C.Anantharangan, learned Standing counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents. He would submit that in this regard, the respondents have not passed any order and the objections of the petitioner would be considered by the respondents before passing any order.

5.In anticipation, the petitioner before passing of the order by the respondents has come before this Court. Hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner could not be granted at this point of time. But, however, the respondents may consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.06.2016 and also taking note of the objections dated 23.06.2016 and 24.06.2016 submitted by him, pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

6.With the above observation and direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
