Prayer in W.P.No.11493 of 2012:- To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order by the fourth respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1421/A4/2011 dated 09.09.2011 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to approve the appointment of Tmt.Kanakadurga as Secondary Grade Teacher as per the application of the petitioner dated 24.08.2011.
