Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 4th respondent to give adequate protection for petitioner's life and limb and also property vide upon petitioner's complaint dated 03.05.2025 lodged before the 4th respondent herein.

O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the fourth respondent-Police to provide adequate Police protection for the petitioner's life and limb and also his property vide upon the complaint of the petitioner dated 03.05.2025 filed before the fourth respondent herein.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen from the records that there is a property dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents and a civil suits are also pending between them, which requires factual findings. The Writ Court cannot conduct a roving enquiry regarding right, title and interest of the parties, and the same can be agitated before the Civil Court. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Since the petitioner has got an efficacious alternative remedy before the Competent Civil Court, this Court cannot give any positive direction to the fourth respondent to provide Police protection to petitioner and his property. However, it is open to the petitioner to approach the competent Court in pending Civil Suits.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
