Learned counsel for the plaintiffs seeks permission to withdraw the suit and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the plaintiffs, the Civil Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. The plaintiffs are entitled to refund of half of the court fee. No costs. Consequently, connected applications are closed.
