By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. According to the petitioner, aggrieved over the order of the third respondent dated 24.09.2012, he preferred an appeal to the second respondent. The second respondent has rejected the appeal by order dated 19.03.2013. The petitioner has filed a review petition before the first respondent on 10.04.2013 against the order. 3. Heard Mr.A.Rajaram, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. This Court, considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to dispose of the review petition filed by the petitioner dated 10.04.2013 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
