ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time fixed by this Court in its order dated 23.06.2020 passed in Crl.O.P.No.9096 of 2020 in Crime No.41 of 2020 on the file of the respondent.

2. This Court, by an order dated 23.06.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.9096 of 2020, has granted Anticipatory Bail with a condition to deposit Rs.50,000/- to the Cancer Institute, Adayar. The petition for extension of time has been filed on 02.09.2020. In the meanwhile, when this petition is filed, the above said order has been lapsed. This Court also directed to the petitioner to surrender before the respondent Police within a period of 15 days. The petitioner has not surrendered till date. The modification petition has also not been filed within a period of 15 days.
