The petitioners herein are the third parties to the impugned common order passed by the Tribunal in O.A.Nos.1206, 1208 and 1249 of 2018, dated 10.01.024 and since they are affected by the said order, the present miscellaneous petitions have been filed to grant leave to them to file writ petitions.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavits filed along with the petitions, we inclined to allow the petitions.

3. Accordingly, petitions are allowed and the Registry is directed to number the writ petitions, if it is otherwise in order and post the matters on 26.06.2024.
