Petitioner's son is said to be studying in second year B.Tech [ECE] Engineering Course in Dr.M.G.R. Educational and Research Institute University, Maduravoyal at Chennai. With the grievance that though the petitioner belongs to Scheduled Caste, the requisite scholarship and tuition fees in the academic year 2013-2014 has not been paid, a representation was made on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
27.01.2015 to the second respondent. Seeking to consider the same, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.Taking note of the pendency of the aforesaid representation dated 27.01.2015, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
