This application has been filed seeking leave to institute the suit within the jurisdiction of this Court.

2. The suit had been filed seeking recovery of money of Rs.1,10,00,000/- to the plaintiff with interest on Rs.1,10,00,000/- at the rate of 7 percent per annum from the date of filing of the suit till payment and cost of the suit.

3. Perusal of the plaint shows that substantial cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of this Court. On 06.12.2017 the defendant submitted two letters for short term loan of Rs.25,00,000/- and subsequently, the plaintiff had issued two cheques. Thereafter, the defendant again requested for a further short term loan of Rs.25,00,000/-. Even that loan was paid by the plaintiff and a demand letter was issued by the plaintiff. Thereafter, the defendant executed a promissory note.

4. Leave is sought to combine cause of action and file suit within the jurisdiction of this Court. At any rate, also substantial cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court.
