O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the parties had settled the matter and the petitioners have paid the entire decree amount and satisfied with the decree passed in A.R.C.Nos.314, 315, 310, 311, 316 and 313 of 1999. The learned counsel also made an endorsement

for withdrawing the Civil Revision Petitions stating that the Execution Petitions are closed.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that pursuant to the order passed in M.P.Nos.1 to 1 of 2013 in C.R.P.(NPD).Nos.33 to 38 of 2013 dated 08.01.2013, the petitioners had deposited a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- and since the petitioners had paid the entire amount mentioned in the Execution Petition and settled the matter, the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the petitioners to the credit of C.R.P(NPD).No.33 of 2013.

3.In view of the representation made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners are permitted to withdraw the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- deposited by them to the credit of C.R.P.(NPD).No.33 of 2013 before this Court.

4.In view of the endorsement made in the memorandum of grounds in the Civil Revision Petitions, the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
