This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the Notification of the first respondent No.08/2012 dated 02.04.2012 regarding appointment and quash the same.

2.Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent would submit that the point raised by the petitioner has been answered by this Court in W.A.No.1603 of 2007 and W.P.Nos.33 and 1530 of 2009 dated 10.03.2010 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 also confirmed the said fact. 3.In view of the same, this Writ Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
