Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that on considering the future career of the petitioner, who is a college student, this court is inclined to relax the condition from appearing before the respondent police till 31.05.2019 and thereafter the petitioner should appear before the Respondent Police daily at 6.30 pm, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted to him shall stand dismissed imposed in Crl.M.P.No.6551/2019 in Crl.O.P.No.8702/2019 dated 15.05.2019. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.AMALRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS. M.PRABHAVATHI, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.
2.This application is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6551of 2019in Crl.O.P.No.8702 of 2019 dated 15.05.2019.
