O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to forbear the second respondent from opening the tender forms pursuant to the tender notification dated 1.12.2016.

2. Admittedly, the tender notification was issued in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

year 2016 and five years lapsed. The tender process would have been completed due to lapse of time.

3. This being the factum, no relief needs to be granted in respect of the writ petition on hand. However, the petitioner is at liberty to participate in the tender notification, if any issued by the competent authority, if he is otherwise eligible and qualified in accordance with the rules.

4.With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
