India praying for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 5th respondent in Letter Na.Ka.No.A3/5279/2014 dated 4.4.2014 signed on 8.4.2014 quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to consider and pay all the service benefits due to the petitioner on par with his juniors in the village Assistant post by name Arjunan, Venkatesan within a time frame to the stipulated by this Honourable court. The Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records of the 5th respondent in Letter Na.Ka.No.A3/5279/2014 dated 04.04.2014 signed on 08.04.2014, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to consider and pay all the service benefits due to the petitioner on par with his juniors in the Village Assistant post by name Arjunan, Venkatesan within a time frame. 2/5

2. Similar Writ Petitions questioning the very same impugned order had been dismissed by order of this Court dated 03.08.2023 in W.P.Nos.34218 to 34221 of 2014. Therefore, this Writ Petition is also dismissed. No costs.
