O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7324 of 2020 dated 19.06.2020, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7324 of 2020 on 19.06.2020, regularly and hence, he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P No.7324 of 2020 dated 19.06.2020, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

5. Accordingly,this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
