ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondent to defreeze the bank account / cash credit account No.01300510001158.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent would submit that, based on the request made by the 2nd respondent, the petitioner's account has been frozen and not permitted the petitioner to operate his account. He further submitted that, 2nd respondent requested the 3rd respondent to freeze the petitioner's account for the reason that, Rs.27,000/- has been transferred to petitioner's account.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the that the petitioner's account is a loan account through which he availed credit facilities to the tune of ₹6 lakhs and therefore, petitioner could not able to repay the said amount since the account has been frozen at the requrest made by the 2nd respondent.
4. In view of the above submissions, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to defreeze the petitioner's account and permit the petitioner to operate his account on condition to withhold a sum of Rs.27,000/-.
