Puram bus stop and Palani main road situated within the limits of the 2nd respondent Panchayat.

O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petition is really in the nature of a grievance personally arising of the petitioner on account of the road near his residence not being in proper shape. This, to our mind, is an issue of only municipal governance dependent on priorities https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and funds availability and we cannot pick up every road in every town to see that it is repaired.

2.The petitioner has already made a representation dated 27.07.2015 and it is for the respondents to inform the petitioner as to when they may be able to take some remedial measures.

The area has an elected panchayat.

The representation of the petitioner should, thus, be responded by the second respondent within a month's time.

3.Writ Petition is dismissed with the aforesaid direction. No costs.
