ORDER
The issue that was raised in the present writ petition is covered by the order passed by this court in W.P.No.12509 of 2025 and a batch of cases dated 08.04.2025, whereby Hon'ble Mr Justice C.V. Karthikeyan was pleased to pass the following order:
"4. A direction is given to the respondents 6 to 8 to refund the amount to the petitioners within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the respondents shall be liable to pay interest at the rate of 18% per annum, calculated from the date on which the bond period concluded until the date of actual disbursement."
This writ petition too is disposed of in terms of the common order dated 08.04.2025 made in W.P.Nos.12509 of 2025 and batch of cases. No costs. Index : yes / no 15..05..2025 : yes / no Speaking / Non Speaking Order kmk
