The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is a typographical error in the year of the crime number in the prayer and seeks permission to make correction.

The cause title carries correct year of the crime number. Hence the request to correct the year of the crime number in the prayer is allowed.

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking direction to consider the Bail application of the petitioners herein, who apprehend arrest for the offence under SC/ST Act.
