This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to refund the amount deducted from the salaries of the petitioners towards the Contributory Pension Scheme, during their temporary bond service in the 6th respondent College along with interest at the rate fixed by the Government.
2. Heard Mr.C.Vidhusan, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.K.Tippu Sulthan, learned Government Advocate for R1, R2 and R4 to R7 and perused the materials available on record.
3. The issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.12509 of 2025 etc., batch dated 08.04.2025. This Writ Petition is also disposed of in the same direction.
4. Accordingly, the respondents are directed to refund the amount to the petitioners within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the respondents shall be liable to pay interest at the rate of 18% per annum, calculated from the date on which the bond period concluded until the date of actual disbursement. 3/6
