Respondent in both Crl.O.Ps COMMON PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in both the petitions shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would also submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.14308 of 2020 dated 17.09.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

In Crl.O.P.No.14107 of 2020 dated 17.09.2020 is modified to the effect that the 1st petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required and the 2nd petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.
