COMMON ORDER When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reported no instructions and made an endorsement to that effect.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that Civil Revision Petitions are filed against the I.A.Nos.552, 588 and 624 of 2008. The suit itself was dismissed for default and applications filed to restore the suit also was dismissed on merits. No appeals have been filed against the said orders.
3. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and respondents, all the Civil Revision petitions are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
