Petitioner made a representation on 09.10.2015 to the first respondent alleging that the patta has been wrongly changed in favour of the second respondent, despite her objection. Now seeking to dispose of the said representation, which can be termed as an appeal, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent.

3.Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 09.10.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as the second respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
