O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.) For the sake of anonymity, the alleged detenue herein is referred to as "X".

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he is in love with "X" and that she is in the illegal custody of her parents viz., respondents 2 and 3.

3. Today, "X" appeared before this Court via video conferencing from Sattur Town Police Station. The petitioner was also present in the Court.

4. When we enquired with "X", she stated that she is not in the illegal detention of her parents and that she is living with them on her own volition.

Since "X" is not in the illegal detention of respondents 2 and 3, as alleged by the petitioner, no writ of habeas corpus can be issued and accordingly, this petition stands closed.
