ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 13889 of 2020 dated 16.09.2020 that the petitioner shall stay at Vellore and report before the Vellore North Police Station daily at 10:30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 13889 of 2020 dated 16.09.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10:30 a.m until further orders. The other conditions remain unaltered.

With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
